We encourage you to download the Leaders’ Pack (updated Sept 25) , which includes a promotional poster to share with Cubs and parents.

You now have two options:

Option 1 – Discuss with your leadership team

• Talk together about whether you would like your Pack to attend Cub JAM 2026.

• If you are interested, please complete the Expression of Interest form.

• This ensures we know you’re considering coming, even if you’re not ready to commit to a booking yet

Option 2 – Secure your booking now

• If you’re confident your Pack will be attending, you can start your booking straight away.

• Spaces are limited – even though the event has doubled in size, demand is expected to be very high. Booking early is the only way to guarantee your place.

• Before inviting parents, please download the updated Leaders’ Pack to make sure you have the latest information.

To help make Cub JAM 2026 a fantastic experience for everyone, we’ll need a dedicated team of volunteers to support the event and run a wide range of activities.
