
Cub JAM 2026 : Staff ONLY!
CubJAM simply wouldn’t happen without amazing volunteers like you. By giving up a weekend, you’ll help create a huge adventure and a weekend the Cubs will remember for years to come.
There are loads of ways you can get involved. Whether you fancy helping with security, running indoor crafts, working in the tuck shop, or supporting one of the many activities, there’s a role for everyone.
Every volunteer plays a part in making CubJAM an unforgettable experience for hundreds of young people. It’s fun, rewarding, and a brilliant way to be part of something special.

Job Roles Available at CubJAM 2026
There are loads of ways you can get involved in making CubJAM 2026 an unforgettable weekend. From helping activities run smoothly to supporting behind the scenes, every role plays a part in creating an amazing experience for the Cubs.

Media Team
As a Media Team Member, you will help capture the spirit and excitement of CubJam by taking photos and short videos throughout the event. Working with the wider team, you will record activities, memorable moments and the overall atmosphere so they can be shared with participants, leaders and the wider scouting community.
The role involves moving around the site to photograph activities, capturing a variety of moments across the event, and supporting the media lead with collecting and organising content. A positive attitude, creativity and a willingness to be active around the site will help ensure the energy and fun of CubJam is captured

LONG STAY CAR PARK
All leaders and parent helpers who are bringing a vehicle on site and staying from Friday must have a car pass displayed in the front window. For the faster entry fix the pass to the top left corner (as you look out) of your front window.
